This high-level gathering will delve into both the opportunities and challenges arising from technological advancements, sparking actionable insights and inspiring forward-thinking strategies.
The Roundtable will feature a keynote from Vint Cerf, a legendary internet visionary, widely regarded as one of the “Fathers of the Internet.” As the designer of the internet’s architecture, winner of The Turing Award, and Google’s Chief Internet Evangelist, Cerf will share his unparalleled expertise on how technology continues to reshape our world.
The Roundtable serves as a premiere networking event, providing a dynamic platform for fostering introductions, collaboration, thought leadership, and meaningful connections among leaders from across the beauty industry.

Vinton Cerf
Keynote Speaker
Widely known as one of the “Fathers of the Internet,” Cerf is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet. In December 1997, President Clinton presented the U.S. National Medal of Technology to Cerf and his colleague, Robert E. Kahn, for founding and developing the Internet.
Vinton G. Cerf has served as vice president and chief Internet evangelist for Google since October 2005. In this role, he contributes to global policy development and continued standardization and spread of the Internet. He is also an active public face for Google in the Internet world.
Edwin Neill
Moderator
Edwin Neill is the President and CEO of Neill Corporation, a recognized leader in the beauty industry encompassing distribution, cosmetology schools, salons, barbershops, software, and the Serious Business conference.
A tireless advocate, Edwin has held several prominent leadership roles, including Chairman of the Louisiana Board of Cosmetology, President of the International Spa Association Foundation, and Board Member of the Professional Beauty Association. He currently serves on the board of Beauty Changes Lives, helping to elevate and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.
Edwin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane University.
