Pugliese, CEO of Circadia, was honored with the organization’s Legacy Award in Wellness. This prestigious award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the beauty and wellness industry through innovation, mentorship, education, and philanthropy.
As a third-generation skincare leader, Pugliese has continued the legacy of Circadia’s founder, Dr. Peter T. Pugliese, by advancing skin science and professional education. Under his leadership, Circadia has become synonymous with cutting-edge formulations and unwavering support for skincare professionals worldwide.
Pugliese’s commitment to education is evident through initiatives like Circadia University, an online learning platform offering over 40 courses designed to enhance skincare knowledge and expertise. Additionally, the Sage Michaela Lucas “Timing is Everything” Scholarship, named after his daughter, supports BIPOC students pursuing careers in esthetics, skincare formulation, and cosmetic chemistry. During the gala, Pugliese was joined on stage by his daughter, Sage, symbolizing their family’s dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the industry.
