Beauty Changes Lives Announces Executive Mentorship Opportunity with Megan Murray of Ulta Beauty

Beauty Changes Lives is proud to announce a new Executive Mentorship opportunity featuring Megan Murray, Vice President, Events and In-Store Experiences at Ulta Beauty and a member of the Beauty Changes Lives Board of Directors. Megan will lead the upcoming “Executive Insights.” mentorship session which will speak to both licensed and non-licensed industry professionals looking to advance their career.

This three-part program, will immerse five selected mentees in executive-level guidance designed to help beauty professionals:

  • Define their personal brand and professional “why”
  • Lead with impact by creating inclusive cultures and memorable experiences
  • Grow through meaningful connection as both mentors and mentees

Participants will gain practical tools for career advancement, executive insights from a seasoned leader, and the inspiration to lead with purpose and passion.

“I am continually inspired by the work Beauty Changes Lives does to empower the next generation of beauty and wellness professionals,” said Megan Murray. “Mentorship is such a powerful tool—when we take the time to share our experiences and insights, we not only help others grow but also strengthen the future of our entire industry.”

Applications are open now through October 31, 2025. Through the Application Portal. Selected mentees will be notified in November, with the mentorship season running January–February 2026.
