Following the Beauty Changes Lives Industry Leader Roundtable 3.0 this Spring, a key theme emerged: the availability of reliable, accessible data is one of the industry’s greatest challenges—and greatest opportunities.
To advance this critical conversation, Beauty Changes Lives is proud to partner with the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) to bring a dedicated follow-up session, “Deep Dive into Data – Connecting the Dots Across the Industry,” to the PBA Executive Summit this Fall.
This collaboration underscores the shared commitment of BCL and PBA to unite executives, association leaders, and data experts in addressing some of the industry’s most pressing challenges. Together, the two organizations are elevating the conversation to ensure data is leveraged as a powerful tool for growth, advocacy, and innovation.

“Partnering with PBA to host this important discussion at the Executive Summit demonstrates the power of collaboration across our industry,” said Lisa Roeberg, Executive Director of Beauty Changes Lives. “Together, we have the opportunity to connect the dots, identify solutions, and ultimately strengthen the entire beauty and wellness ecosystem through more reliable and actionable data.”
Beauty Changes Lives and PBA thank all the industry leaders who joined this important conversation to help guide the next phase of industry-wide data action.
