As one of 30 kids in his family – 16 girls and 14 boys – Bryton was inspired to learn hair cutting  by his oldest sister who attended cosmetology school. He knew he’d found his calling when a client looked in the mirror and said, “You made me look just like I asked you  to. “That spark of creative energy – that’s payment in itself to me,” Bryton says. “Cutting hair allows hairstylists to create a connection, give confidence and build trust in a short amount of time – and that’s amazing, Growing up as an adopted son without a lot of resources, he’s passionate about using his craft to give back to the community and enjoys providing haircuts to students in need and people experiencing homelessness. Remarking on being part of the L’Oréal family, Bryton says he to soak up insights from the Elevate Salon Institute educators and he’s willing to invest the time and practice to achieve his dream of being a platform artist. “To be the best, you’ve got to work with the best,” says Bryton, about the educational team at Elevate Salon Institute.
